FRAGE:Hello, I set a large blocklist with filtering rules like SEX, S-E-X, .. , Bitcoin… a.s.o, it works. I get 50 spam mails every day, they are filtered out with these rules. >>> But I find these mails in my everyday Scout Reports which I check ;-(;-( >>> I wish these filtered e-mails not in my Scout Report. Hello, I should get some mail with product registrations. But I do not find them in the logfile and not in spam. May be they were rejected bevore SMTP conversation. What should I change to stop rejecting e-mails PRE SMTP and to get every e-mail? If a message has reached our filtering servers then we will see some logs in our backend for us to see why messages were not delivered successfully, however if they dont reach our filtering servers then we are unable to see or view logs or the message in the UI.
